Sometimes I genuinely wonder if the employees there are okay... How they manage to majorly mess up orders on such a consistent basis should truly be studied. Like the commitment to the bit is wild. How a veggie sandwich is sent instead of a Vito, I'm not sure, how you upcharge for bacon on a BLT and then the sandwich gets delivered as bread, lettuce, and tomato is so intriguing to me. This Jimmy John's is an enigma. I hate you Jimmy John's on Broadway - but I want to travel the world with you, I need to know what's happening behind the line. Are we all just really high? Or is it on purpose? What is going on with your delivery orders?
I don't know what it is about the food here, but I'm addicted!
NOT Freaky Fast! Ordered ONE sandwich and a cookie- I live 2.1 miles away and waited OVER 60 minutes for my sandwich to be delivered today. Sandwich= $11 Extras= $8 (delivery and tip) It is NO longer feasible to order a $10 sandwich and pay $10 to have it delivered only to wait over an hour.... I called the store after 45 minutes and they acted like everything was fine. While that might have been fine for them, I deleted my Jimmy John's app today after 14 years and I don't plan on ordering anymore. Ouch Jimmy Johns...
I’ve never had any problems. Great sandwiches and staff! Keep it up!
such a miserable location, every time i am here it takes about a half hour. whoever is working in there today should consider a lobotomy.
I went through the drive thru and got normally what I always get is a little John number four Turkey Tom (Leave bread in) with no tomatoes add cheese and Dijon mustard. Usually I have no issues but this time I got the wrong sandwich went back to try to get it fixed and the guy gave me the worst attitude possible. There was onions on my sandwich in the wrong kind of mustard and he told me I ordered the wrong sandwich. I go there all the time I don't need the attitude. You'll be losing a customer because of this employee named John apparently but on the ticket it says Jimmy.
