I walked in this location and literally walked back out. One of the workers came in from outside and just put on gloves. Whatever happened to washing your hands before you put on the gloves. It's extremely unsanitary to walk in from outside and not wash your hands. Just because you're wearing gloves doesn't mean it protects others from your germs. The cleanliness at this location needs a lot of work. And what's up with all the hair. Your hair should be pulled back with a net on if your going to be leaning over sandwiches YUCK. All of the workers at this time were women and all of them have their hair just flying from under their hats with zero protection. I could literally see their hair flying. No thanks. Hopefully they will work on their sanitation at this location. Because I surely won't be eating here.

Complete mix up with the online order that can be excused. However, upon calling the store, there is no excuse for the managers behavior and haughty attitude. To continually have to remind me that you are the manager left alot to be desired. I didnt even ask to speak to a manager. I was merely trying to order another sandwich. I asked for the previous guys name that answered the phone so that I could commend him on his professionalism and the manager stated he did not have to give it to me and he would take full responsiblity. Not for the compliment you wont. By the time we were done and he abruptly hung up on me, I was not looking forward to eating the sandwich. When the order arrived, I ate the chips, didnt touch the sandwich or drink and also had the cookie they so kindly gave me fo my troubles He was completely on the defense and continually reminded me of how busy they were, rush hour traffic, and it's all out of his hands. Upon arriving, the driver apologized, said he slipped a cookie and $5 coupon in the bag. Didnt see the coupon which was ok since I will not be returning.

I love this Jimmy John’s so I’m surprised to see some poor ratings! This location often gets busy around lunch time but they always move fast with attentive service (the woman who often works the register is so kind) but I typically place a pick-up order to avoid the line. Although I wish the location itself was bigger and had outdoor space. Overall, for service and pace this is my go-to for lunch!

I am a JJ FANATIC! Brings me back to my college days in the Milwaukee/Chicago area circa ‘08. I order from this location often. Usually pick up, occasionally delivery. I can’t remember a time when I was unsatisfied with the food or the service. Ish is always delicious and is exactly what it’s supposed to be. My only irk is with the company saying bye bye to the kickin ranch but I won’t take it personally. Uber was in charge of my delivery this time which made me nervous; and even with an outdated delivery address mistake on my part, the guy at the shop helped me over the phone to solve the problem, and alls well that ends well The Uber driver was pleasant and communicative via text as well. Considering the change of address. Shout out to him as well. Keep rockin’ yall!

Ordered the chicken Caesar wrap, had a big piece of plastic in my sandwich, won’t be ordering here anymore!

The employee was a bit rude when I asked her a question.

If I could give zero x 10 I would. Horrible delivery service. 2 hours + delivery due to inept door dash. Then sandwiches wrong. After 3 hours we just drove to the store to pick up ourselves. Do yourself a favor and forget ordering from this store! The worst!

I order online. They always have it ready and perfect! Always friendly too!

Attentive prompt staff not a great website though.
