Great calm place with live music

Went midday on a Monday for the solar eclipse. The place was empty. The service was good and the food was amazing. Lovely breeze and the umbrella by the water. I had shrimp cake and grits and friends had fish tacos with grouper appetizer. Parking: There were a lot of signs about the parking situation but we asked the front they said it was fine but apparently sometimes they charge on the weekends. Just ask.
