Placed an order online $40 worth including a tip. I get to the restaurant, now they were extremely busy so when I checked in I was fine waiting a few minutes, I picked 6:00pm for pickup , I get there at 5:55 I seen people waiting in their cars and then I seen people going in so I figured I’ll do the same, this was 10 after 6. I go in and there was a girl sitting behind the register and several bags on shelves ready to either be picked up or delivered to the people sitting outside for curbside. Oh did I mention that all the spaces were taken and people were still waiting to park. The girl asked my name she say oh you have an online order I said yes she gets up and hands me my bag . When I get to the car and checked the food it was cold! It was sitting there too long. The onion rings had grease laying in the container. Disappointed with this dinner and service. My husband and I love Jim n Nicks but I will not do pick up again or place an order online.

I'll be back for a lot more pulled pork that for sure Love that taste of barbecue pulled pork. I just can't get enough of it That smoked pork that smells so good and makes me why I don't have food every day for dinner. I could just eat that every night for dinner and just might have it tonight.

Hopefully we just got a bad batch of pulled pork, yuck. The brisket and jalapeno sausage were good. Mac&cheese was on point.

Very busy location- especially on the weekends, hard to find parking spot if super busy. But the food is good- so worth the wait. Service is good as well. Our waitress was quick and friendly. Love the bread! Parking: If busy hard to find a parking spot.

The Food was absolutely delicious 10/10 Caroline did so well and the refill was absolutely on point
