I'm a big fan of Jet, especially when they get it just right. The taste is phenomenal, but there's a catch: consistency, or rather, the lack thereof. I'm a regular here (and live nearby) and my usual order involves less sauce and extra cheese. In fact, I'm more than happy to pay for triple, even quadruple, the amount of cheese. However, the amount of cheese I receive varies significantly, which seems to depend on who's making the pizza that day. As for the sauce, it feels like a gamble each time. It's unclear if the staff understands what 'less sauce' means. Despite these hiccups, I always tip generously, at least 20%. Sometimes, I wonder if tipping upfront when I order inside might influence the quality of my pizza. It's odd to pay extra for cheese and then receive the same amount as a regular pizza. Additionally, I've had to explain how to double cut the pizza to some employees, which was surprising, but they seem to understand it now. Your pizza, when made right, is incredible. The overall food quality is top-notch. I'll definitely keep coming back. But I do wish there was more consistency in how the staff prepares orders. It would elevate the experience and ensure that every pizza is as amazing as it has the potential to be.
