Jersey Mike's Subs

SO Good! I was craving a deli sandwich today and decided to go with Jersey Mikes. I was not disappointed! Had half for lunch and the other for dinner and still full. Very fresh and humongous! Will order again!

I paid about $43 for 2 subs and I found a hair in it. I also did not like the taste of the sandwich as well. Unfortunately, this is a no for me.

That smaller size Philly Cheese steak was good, but small.. It was my first time eating here, and well, no frills were had for 11 bucks of overpriced sandwich. The girls working, were light hearted and cool... The place was empty on a Friday at 230p. I will return, for the big ripoff.

Omg the lady was nice at first, but when I asked if I could get banana peppers and chipotle mayo added to my sandwich, the lady got a little rude. Like, if I'm ordering a sandwich I thought I could add what I wanted, anyway, that wasn't my problem, my problem was I waited 10 minutes for my big kahuna chicken sandwich only for them to try to make me pay for a philly sandwich. I told her I was sorry if there was a confusion but I ordered the chicken one and she said No you ordered number 56, idk what number she said but I was like um no I said big kahuna chicken, she said no you ordered number fifty something (i forgot the number) I was like I dont even know the sandwiches by number girl, there's no way I ordered that one. Then she says well she can't remake it for me because she can't throw this sandwich away, and I said no I don't eat red meat I'm not paying for a Giant sandwich I will not eat. And I was like guess now you have to throw it away, and I left. Trying to make me pay for their mistake??? No thank you. I'll stick to Firehouse and Ikes Subs.

While I ordered Chicken sandwich, I received steak sandwich but I didn’t see it until I got home. I called the store immediately and I was told we are closing now bring the sandwich tomorrow for an exchange. She didn’t even offer any future credit or offer an apology. She kept saying bring the sandwich tomorrow. Very unprofessional and lack of customer service. I had no choice but to eat the steak sandwich since we had nothing else at home. The management needs to to train their staff. I don’t recommend this place and we will not return as well.
