Went there for the interview the lady was super kind and nice

Jersey Mike’s Subs Round Rock (next to Dell Diamond Stadium) has sponsored our youth sports/education non-profit organization for the past two years! We sincerely appreciate your continued dedication, generosity, and support to the Legacy Longhorns! Thank you for all that you do for the community!

Walked in, and there were at least 5 people working in an empty store. Not one person looked up to acknowledge my son and I as we walked in. Decided to leave and go somewhere else just based on a lack of customer service.

Skimp on the “extra” topping but sure do charge for it. Other locations from same chain serve better sandwiches this place will leave you unsatisfied and feel cheated.

Absolutely horrible. This place is ran so badly. The last 2 times we’ve ordered from here online it tells us 20 minutes. So we show up 20 min later and they haven’t even started making the food yet and it wasn’t even busy at this time. Then it takes another 20 minutes on top of that for them to make the food. And it was for 1 sandwich. We won’t be going to this location anymore.
