Seven was out server tonight & she made our experience so wonderful! She was very sweet, attentive, & had a great personality! Our party of 3 enjoyed all of our meals & everything was served hot with a smile. The restaurant itself was well kept also; we will definitely be back!! Thanks again, Ms. Seven!
Ordered online delivery and of course received the wrong order. Paid the delivery fee and tip for the wrong order. I call the restaurant and they didn't have any drivers to deliver the food that was paid for but wanted me to come and puck it up. Wouldn't reimburse the delivery fee or tip. I will never order online from this place ever again. Stupid people managing stupid people.
We met friends for dinner. The staff here was very cheerful and helpful. Our food was delicious.
I had terrible experience today at this 54th st I’m sad by giving such a bad review even tho it’s my favorite food chain but this store in particular was awful. Since the moment we came in the front desk lady as how many we were and we said for two and put us to side (she didn’t include us in the waitlist) she keep sitting people with the same amount of people first than us and enrolling them on the list. Finally we get sit and no one ask for our drink for good 20 min, I had to go ask complain with front desk. Then some guy comes to take the order and said “I don’t even know why they sitted you here this in not even my table” (you can imagine my mood). Then we asked for some entries to get started and they were frozen, we had to send them back and asked them to heat them up on the microwave. Finally main course came and no complaints on that one
Waited nearly 10 minutes in the lobby to be seated while a table was cleaned for us. The majority of the restaurant is empty and the host refused to seat us at a clean available table. She told us repeatedly that we could sit in the bar area which is open sitting. All seating in the bar area was occupied. She was too busy socializing with one of the servers at the host stand. Two other servers walking around not doing anything, while the two people cleaning the 3 dirty tables that we are waiting for one of, are too busy socializing to actually be cleaning off the tables. Finally got tired of watching and waiting and can’t imagine how poor the service would have been had we actually been sat. We left. Called the manager after leaving and basically got a “I’m so sorry, that’s certainly not the experience we want you to have.” The manager made no efforts to save us as customers. The manager seemed to care as much about the customer experience as the rest of the staff we experienced.
So I usually like this place but they aren't playing the sound to the bucs vs the eagles. Instead they are playing the sound to wakanda ?
