Jersey Mike's Subs

Stopped to get food before going to the airport.Paid $17.00 for a Philly steak with mushrooms and they forgot to put the Philly steak in the sub.what a rip off. Won,t be going back.

Put an order in online took me 30 minutes to get to the one near my home and the sub still wasn't made.

Very disappointed in the Lake Nona Jersey Mike’s! The kids who work there are rude to their customers! I literally was running in to order a sub ToGo and was told to leave because I was carrying my small dog. First of all, maybe they should have a sign on the door if they are not wanting people to came in with their dogs. Again, I was carrying my small maltipoo who is very well behaved and goes everywhere with me. All I wanted to do was to order a sub ToGo. I would never sit down in any restaurant and eat with my dog and I didn’t not walk her in, I was carrying her. The guy announced to everyone there that I was not allowed in there because I had my dog. He could have come up to me and mentioned that they aren’t allowed to have dogs in there and that if I wanted to go out to my car and order the food that I could pay and they would be happy to bring it out. Instead I was embarrassed by his announcement in front of everyone there that my dog and I had to leave. Very simple solution, please put a sign on your door if you don’t want anyone to bring a pet inside. I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Also, teach your employees some manners and how to treat customers.

Let me start with....I LOVE Jersey Mike's, and find one wherever I am. So I've had Jersey Mike's subs from different locations around the state of Florida. This was my first time ordering from this particular location, and the first time I've ever said I wasn't happy with my sub. The Rosemary Parm bread was stale, I wasn't sure the vinegar, oil and spices were added the flavor was so faint, and they clearly didn't pay any attention to my order as I asked for pickles and peppers which were absent from my sandwich.

Update 06/06: wanted to give this place another chance, worker was on his phone the whole time until I had to get his attention. Manager was standing right there too. Every time I go to this location, workers on their phone hanging out in the back. This is a poor look for an established company. Nearly missed my meeting too! Workers with piercings all over, not clean shaven, no hats being worn. I might have to reach out to corporate with my concerns. This is not how you run a business. Customers first always. Thank you
