Absolute GARBAGE customer service.

Absolutely the worst service in all of Lake Nona. Valeria has an issue. Would Highly reconsider her employment there. Can’t believe how I was treated after I give business to this place every day. I refuse to go back.

Big fan of tropical smoothie cafe however I disliked that the machine at checkout tries to automatically add 15% tip. Tipping for a counter based food service is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. Pay your employees better and make tipping more of an option. I was able to change the tip amount to 0 because I was paying attention but if you don’t (like I’m sure many don’t) be prepared to see a tip automatically added to your receipt.

Their snickerdoodle cookie was fantastic. I had the kiwi strawberry yogurt smoothie, which was personally a little too sweet but excellently made and super quick!

This place seems to always be packed. I would recommend ordering on the app. It can be kinda hard to get the worker's attention when picking up, but they'll hand you your smoothie in less than 5min on a busy hour.

Absolutely delicious. I would recommend the Chicken pesto Flatbread and watermelon mojito smoothie
