worst customer service ever. 3 grown men acting like zombies, one was being rude acting like he didn’t know anything towards my brother ordering. other one couldn’t speak up and had attitude making my sandwich, and the last one was making rude comments about what we were ordering. by far the worst Jersey mikes ever do not recommend!!

I want to share a detailed account of my recent disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s in Long Beach. My orders, which included 2 #7’s, were consistently incorrect, with bacon included despite my clear preference against it. Despite my attempts to contact the store over two days regarding this issue, there was no response, making it challenging to resolve the problem. Upon visiting the store in person, I encountered the manager, who displayed a surprising lack of empathy. Despite explaining the ongoing issues with my order and the store’s unresponsiveness, he was unwilling to replace it without a receipt, even though the mistake was on their end. This policy seemed inflexible and customer-unfriendly. Adding to the discomfort was the atmosphere created by the staff. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they appeared to find the situation amusing, which only escalated my frustration. When I requested the manager’s name to document the encounter, he refused to provide it. This lack of transparency raises concerns about accountability within the establishment. Specifically, my orders consisted of 2 #7’s, and despite clear instructions, bacon was included. As a non-bacon eater, this oversight significantly impacted my dining experience. It’s crucial for the staff to pay attention to customers’ preferences to ensure accurate and satisfactory service. This experience has unfortunately tarnished my perception of Jersey Mike’s, a place I once enjoyed. I believe that better communication, flexibility in addressing order issues, and a more professional approach from the staff and management would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Yes, I Love the sandwiches, I had a no.13 I Love the Italian meats and the ham , then you can add what you like and what you don't like and the spicy peppers sauce red and yellow give the sandwich a kick , and they have chips and soda

Best subs hands down! Mike's way guarantees better colon health and always so tasty!
