Jersey Mike's Subs

One of the employees is so unmotivated and incapable. I feel unwelcome I. The store due to his negative attitude. I’ve been in the store and order from it to avoid the negative staff however every take out order is wrong. Unless you are watching their every move expect your sub to end up wrong. Recently ordered a sub mikes way and there is not a drop of oil or vinegar on it. They have messed up my sub multiple times this is just the lost recent.

The food is always great. The service is always friendly and accommodating to any food restrictions. The restrooms are always clean, neat, stocked and smelling fresh. Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerance. They never ask why so or why not and embarrase me, by having to divulge hippa laws. I truly appreciate that when so many places do. I will always return when I want a tasty sandwich .

I don’t know what’s changed at this place but it’s not the same. The service is less than stellar with staff acting as if it’s a burden to make the order and claim they don’t have certain ingredients that are core Jersey Mike’s like pepper. The roast beef is normally cut thin and stacked nicely with provolone but the last two times the thickness is Jimmy John’s typical and the amount is no where near what it used to be but the price remains at a premium. This Jersey Girl has been going there for 9 years and the last two times changed it all. I’ll need to drive to NJ to get an authentic Jersey Mike’s at this point. Sad to see this establishment settling in with mediocre service & product.

Megan and Alex are the absolute best!! The employees here are so friendly and work together so well. However, I’m extremely disappointed that this location will no longer grill their cold subs. I have been a customer for ten years and will not be coming often anymore.

I must say I love jersey Mike's but this particular location was very disappointing, I placed an online order and gave the enough time to get my order ready, however when I arrived at this location my order was still not ready as they were taking care of walk in customers, I asked about my order and the man with a bunch of tattoos said it will be ready soon, finally after almost 10 minutes waiting he started to make my sandwich and then another customer walked in at that point he left my order to the side and took care of the customer that had just walked in, I asked why did he do that and he mumbled something under his breath, I felt very uncomfortable at this point and asked for a refund and another man came out he was asian and tried to talk me out of my refund and then he ended up telling me that he couldn't do it and that I'd have to come back so to this day I still never got a refund and they can keep the money after all I rather lose $20 rather than to be treated very poorly so I don't recommend this location I now go yo the one on hunter's ridge where I am always treated with respect.

Everything was awesome, Megan was extremely helpful even though my hearing was not great and she had to repeat herself often, very patient and kind. Definitely will be back with how kind they were.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. why would you work at a place that makes sandwiches if you don't want to make sandwiches while you're at work. the guy on the slicer does not need to interact with people at all.. huffing and puffing and rolling eyes when I asked for an alteration on my sub. then I couldn't even get my toppings that I asked or get it cut in half at least the guy on cash acted like I was a human being worth being acknowledged
