Good experience at this airport Starbucks. I have all but sworn off Starbucks the last few years, but in a weak moment needed the boost. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. The cost these days too high, but my Venti Gingerbread Cookie Chai was yum! I would recommend. Kid-friendliness: Snacks are great!
Ordered food via app 50 minutes before closing and was told when I got there that the ovens were already turned off. Inventory isn't updated in app so my drink order also couldn't be completed. I had about 12 minutes before boarding my flight and lost my chance to eat (or drink) waiting on a refund.
Above and beyond service and assistance from the manager!
Closed 7 minutes early on 17Nov23 at 7:23pm. Employees denied service although they were still there and the registers appeared to be on.
Quick service, super nice and attentive staff, food and drink was of good quality. One of the better airport Starbucks I've been to.
I got a pumpkin chai and when I tell you the lovely lady making my drink with the cute twists put her heart and SOUL into this!!! So so sweet and it’s the best one I’ve ever had

I always something from this Starbucks (store 75862) at Columbus CMH airport across gate B22. Today (October 1st, 2023) at 02:37pm, I ordered one lemon oaf and coffee latte. The gentleman (white middle age) made loud jokes about coffee latte to make remaining two female employees until the delivery and the lady employee (black lady) delivered with a final joke. Ok, both were successful in making laugh each other and even some more customers, but would I buy anything from this store again, absolutely not. A note for Starbucks management: you may pay your employees well, that is good for them , but if you don’t hire correct employees and train them on how to treat customers , you will end up in losing customers, if you care.
