Delicious, just wildly overpriced

Normally, I really enjoy Jamba Juice for its fresh ingredients and smoothies but I had an upsetting experience today at the Bernal store in Pleasanton. I was the only customer in the store and ordered my pb chocolate love with added whey protein. The 5' 2" white woman with brown hair working then chastised me for ordering a drink with dairy and went on about how cows die so I can have the dairy. I was left feeling very uncomfortable with this encounter and feel it is very inappropriate to comment on other people's diets. This happened at 11:40 am Tuesday.

Good refreshing drink on a hot summer day

The worse service it is 1:48 pm April 24th there is a lady working here alone. She did not lock the door and left the place opened. When she finally came out of the bathroom she start yelling at me for saying hello and because I peaked around the corner. Horrible customer service, the only reason I just walked out and didn’t say anything is because I am pregnant. She needs to be reported to her manager
