Jersey Mike's Subs

I came into store and the manager was not acknowledging me and when I asked to speak with her she was very rude and she walked off in the middle of a conversation. Her eyes were wide open like she was under the influence. I asked for someone above her and she refused to give me information. She was very unprofessional and she put my private matter out there in front of other customers. She made the conversation and personal issue about her and her vacation she took instead of assisting my needs. Bad management

I highly recommend this place! The sandwiches are amazing, the food is always fresh, and I really love the cheese steaks! The manager there is super handsome! He's not super tall, but he makes up for it in how handsome he is. I mean, seriously! He looks like Ken from the Barbie movie. I always get the number 99.
