Food poisoned 12/18 at this location

U guys need to hire more workers .12 customers inside shop waiting for orders Saturday morning but only one guy is helping everyone. I waited my order more than 30 minutes it’s ridiculous

First time trying this place and was disappointed. I got 3 drinks and a sandwich. Of the drinks was kids size aloha pineapple, the cashier put banana strawberry instead and said I am doing it for the size purpose I didn’t like it but after confirming that they won’t make a mistake I agreed. For every cup I ordered she asked me 3-4 time, “sorry what size?”, she was not paying attention but gladly there was a visible screen too so I was tracking the order. When I got my order and stepped out to enjoy, noticed the sandwich has frozen scrambled eggs in it! went back inside and they kindly heated it for me. Got back to my party and noticed my kid doesn’t like his aloha pineapple since it tastes like banana…I tried it, it was indeed banana and strawberries. Went inside again and am asking them the drink is wrong…they insist that it’s pineapple!! I have tasted it and know what aloha pineapple should taste like…Very rude behavior and not apologizing for making the mistake. Bunch of immature and irresponsible folks at this place. I would never comeback. I would leave no star if I could

This location has poor customer service. I’m staying in the hotel around the corner and came in and patiently waited for 4 guys to finish purchasing. When my turn came, the young man behind the counter was not friendly and did not follow instructions of my substitution. He didn’t even say my total and we sat in silence until I figured it was time to pay. When I told him my drink was wrong, he remade it but gave the messed up drink to the guys that ordered before me along with another free drink. I feel he did that on purpose because they were friends.If anyone should have asked if they wanted a free drink it should have been me. He only gave to the guys because they were friends. This area is very prejudice and it’s sad for those visiting because they are very rude and a getaway from TX back to my home state has been horrible and this place is included in my 6 day bad experience list when it comes to customer service.

Excellent customer service

Smoothies are always really good here and they also offer soy protein which is super convenient for the dairy free peeps. This location also has tons of outdoor seating.

Everyone here was very nice and the shake was very good

Understaffed took 20 minutes for one mango smoothie
