Would give zero stars. We got 2 frozen bananas and a hippo cookie. Got back to the car and one of the bananas had a hair sticking out of the side of it! Totally grossed us out so took it all back for a full refund and the rude lady got mad at us! Told us if we take the refund to never come back! Lady do you think we're going to rush back or make it a habit to return hair food and ask for refunds??? Goodness!

The hippo cookie used to be my favorite cookie in the world. So much so, that I had them at my wedding. I bought a dozen today and they were horrible. They used to be thick and soft and now they are thin, crumbly and seems like the bakery is cutting corners, unfortunately. Hippo cookies went from being my favorite for 25 years to very unlikely I will buy them again. I’m so sad and disappointed. Not sure when they changed their recipe, but sending a farewell to the old hippo cookies. ❤️
