Bomb as Always

I actually like Jamba Juice and I do not like to write reviews like this. But what I don't like is the inconsistent amount of advertised fruit or items inside their menue items. Ordering ahead of time to not have to wait is a plus, except... you go to this location. Because you will wait. The team working there is not really "stoked" on actually moving. At least that's how it seems. "Fine, I'll make the bowl..." as a comment while told that an ordered item is missing. And while making the bowl forgetting to actually add the items that have been advertised to be inside. Like Bananas, Coconut, Flakes ... because it might be more convenient or we "ran out" Choose any of these answers , they will fit. This is not the first time this happened. More like the fifth or seventh time. I guess we'll be sticking with a different company from now on. Where we get what we pay for , without hassle. Too bad, so sad.

Excellent customer service very clean

They misheard my friend’s drink and have to waited for about 45 minutes. Needs to improved with the service from the staffs.

Waited 40 minutes to get our drinks, the store was not busy.

The service I aweful. We ordered 5 drinks and they came out over a 20 minute period. Did not group orders together. Pure chaos.

Waited 20 min for my smoothie they are very unorganized.
