Jake's Java

Established in 2024. Jake's Java is family owned coffee shop that serves coffee, hot sandwiches, pizza, salads, and novelty ice cream. Jake's Java honors the fallen members of the Osprey V-22 (call sign GUNDAM 22) crash on November 29, 2023 that killed eight Air Force members, including Staff Sergeant Jacob M. Galliher, a Berkshire hero. It was Jake's dream to one day own a coffee shop and it's in his honor that his surviving family owns and operates Jake's Java.
