Horrible customer service. When they are inside the lowell hotel i expect the at least standard customer service. We arrived around 3:30pm today, Sat there, placed order for 2 set of tea and food. 4:05 sundown, we have asked if they could follow up with the drink at least, when our table had absolutely NO table sitting, but all other tables arrived after us were served with food and drinks, they told us the drink is on the way, i mean how difficult to prepare tea for more than 30 mins, and we sat right next to the register, not like we were in a hidden area that servers couldn't see us. Then after the manager found out that we were still waiting for our tea, he did ask if we need water for the table, we said no since we expect in 40 mins we could have the amazing tea coming to our table at least. We waited for another 20 mins, there's no drinks no food served at all. When we were telling the server we were leaving because there's absolutely no service no drinks and no foods during our visit, she just told us OK, not even once trying to apologize how they treated their customers. I have never been treated like this as a customer in my very own neighborhood.
