It’s very disappointing that it took 48 minutes from the time I sat down at the bar until my appetizer (truffle edamame) was delivered. The bartender was laden with service well tickets and there was no manager presence. 30 minutes later, the manager walked beside me four times, made a drink in the well in front of me and never once engaged to inquire about my experience. I expected better service and ownership over guest experience for the price point this establishment is asking for and was very disappointed.

The most horrible service! I keep trying and trying because of the view but it fails every time going on 15 years now nothing has changed.
