So....(yes, im generalizing a bit, but...) Not the friendliest staff in the South Bay. There is one young woman however, who is very friendly, nice and attentive. There's more than 3 people working nights there within the last 6 months who I would personally never hire, after experiencing the way they talk to guests/customers, including myself. I was shocked actually. Embarrassed to even witness and hear them speak and behave like that. Also... not sure how this works with chain restaurants but I sincerely think this is the only JITB whose REGULAR fries are BAD. Not just mediocre... BAD. Not kidding or embellishing here. I don't know why the Curly Fries are still good, and I admit I definitely still order those. Regular fries just aren't working here. And they continue to be the only item I won't buy here anymore even for other people- because there's something wrong. Which, as I understand, really should make us question other operations at this location. Vegetarian options: Their packaged salads are good. I've never been disappointed with their premade salads. They are (in my opinion) similar to the old Dominos dinner salads you can order. Traditional, basic and pretty fresh and overall bomb :)

Friendly people, good food always

Always a great place to stop available food pretty much all day late night when you’re traveling and of course, it taste good! also, the drive-through it’s pretty quick, and always got very friendly team taking your order. They are nice they are kind. Parking: Always plenty of parking even if it’s all that crowded they seem to have a bigger lots than most of the places very convenient. Nice large parking spaces no bang doors. Love that! Kid-friendliness: Kids always love it. Specially, the larger restaurants. They’re very clean friendly you get the food you want. The kids have a blast. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy again for Parking, as well as tables, and entrance through the door. Very good accommodations.

Food always made fresh especially the late night Breakfast. Always friendly staff & fast service. Can't go wrong

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Free Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger deal with purchase of $1+. For a free burger, it was good! Tastes of home cooking or what a burger would taste like if you make it yourself so it's clean but very simple. Ambiance: 2/5 - here for the speedy service and not for the ambiance. But definitely doesn't feel welcoming as there is a sign that says something along the lines of no loitering, time limit of 30 minutes while consuming food. Service: 5/5 - fast food place so very quick service Value for price: 5/5 - delicious food and very quick service. Worth it with the deal but not sure if I would pay $4 for this burger in the future.
