Placed an online delivery order and none of the food that had special requests was made to order. When I called the restaurant for a resolution (because I was charged an extra $6+ dollars on top of a $7.99 delivery fee), the manager on duty Maria said she could not help me because she was not the one working at the time my order was placed. She then proceeded to tell me she did not who was working the day prior, did not know when he or she would be in again so I can speak to this person directly, and then told me I would have to come in person to talk to someone. She did not do anything to better the situation and only made it worse. She was also not confident in her responses. The reason I placed an online order is because I have a leg injury and am unable to drive. Therefore, this is ANOTHER inconvenience I have to experience because a mistake on the restaurants part. The staff needs to be trained on how to handle situations better. Terrible customer service.
Food is good and place is good, but at night service is horrible, especially at the drive thru window. They always seem upset. It's ok because I still get my food, but tonight was different. I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru to pick it up. I was at the speaker but no one responded aside from the initial greeting. After 2 minutes of no response I drove to the window. The employee was very angry and said I have to order at the speaker. I said I just had my order to pick up and they said I can give them my name through the speaker, even though I saw my order on their counter. I was forced to drive back around, again greet, but this time they responded. This level of pettiness is just unreal. Last time coming to this location at night.
