Last time I ordered online and they forgot to give me a sandwich so I called in and they took my name down when I went in to try to claim that sandwich they didn't have my name or order so I was out that sandwich
4 AM drive thru has a sign saying online orders only. Working overnights there a few places actually open I really don't want to spend my lunch time ordering from a parking lot and waiting for it to say it is ready for pick up. Since I am mobile and working in Closed locations door dash doesn't work either.
Update: I should read more reviews. Not that I was full of better options when every resource, including every drop of fuel, is paramount. I am recently homeless. Hopeless as I felt, I was more so when I had ordered my food, and then was confronted with EBT out of order. I asked the gentleman if this was respective of all Jack in the Box restaurants or just thos location? With a flaccid sneer, "Oh, probably!" and nothing else. I have never felt less than I had with this level of discompassion. Sadly, they would have thrown my food away. Worse, I received much better treatment, though significantly less nutritional food at McDonald's.
I have to give no stars !! The shake machine was down and took forever to take my order with only 1 car in front of us . Not happy at all fries was cold and seemed to be pretty old.
7:30 PM Crew told me they couldn't make chocolate or an Oreo shake because they were out both. Gave me soft serve in a cup and didn't blend it. Come on the machine take 30 sec to clean. You don't have to lie.
