Whoever handles scheduling at this location needs to be retrained. Actually, the staff were incredible! Very polite and apologetic. I believe the underlying issue is that Jack in the Box pays next to nothing so can't keep shifts properly staffed, making the manager essentially running the entire store, resulting in glacially slow service.

Tonight I went to pick up , Uber order, it was 10pm. The guy at drive thru got a deal with worker and lied about my order by saying somebody picked up. Later they delivered the order . So unprofessional. I will report this and talk to manager.
