Awesome place

Fabulous dinner we had the red Grouper!!! Also Bullit Rye Manhattans...the bes4. Lyle was our server couldn't be better!!! All in all a perfect evening at Jack Dusty's at the Ritz!! 5 stars

Even with a reservation for dinner, it took 45 minutes to get our table. Service was terrible. Once we were seated, It took another 15-20 minutes for a waiter to approach us and take a drink order. After placing the drink order, it took another 15-20 minutes just to get the drinks. Finally, we ordered our dinners and that took too long as well. The view on the patio was lovely, but the patio itself was dirty. There were dirty tables on the patio with birds eating off the dirty plates. In the past, we have always enjoyed dinner at this location. However, our experience this time was awful. Not at all the Ritz experience that we were expecting. We will not return.

I found there prices insulating! I don't care if your restaurant hovers over the water,if your food sucks,your service sucks,and a damned screwdriver is $17.00!!!

I never write reviews however, I am a Sarasota native and the quality of food and service was horrible. You pay $25 for fish tacos and the server never offered grilled, blackened, or fried. My tacos came out fried and very dry. The drinks were great and so was the ambience That is the only good thing I can say. We spent $150 on lunch…. Only good was the drinks. So disappointing
