Biscuits and gravy weren’t impressive
This used to be the BEST diner in Columbus. My partner and I visited on a Sunday morning at 9am and there were only 3 tables with customers. (should’ve took that as a sign) We had a country omelet and an eggs benny. Weren’t checked on for refills which was alright, because the coffee was watered down. Ordered a fresh orange juice and it was from a pitcher that was just sitting on the counter for at least the 30mins we were there. So the orange juice had separated. The inlet was made fresh and fast. The ham for the eggs Benny was warm without being dried out. When checking out, they use an iPad. Unfortunately they don’t have a good routine for using it so you end up waiting on the staff to notice you’d like to cash out. Overall this used to be an inviting restaurant where you could enjoy a delicious meal with members of the community. I won’t be going back.
Wonderful food, quick service, fair prices.
Clintonville staple and the best greasy breakfast spoon in Columbus. Old school diner charm, offering a variety of breakfast favorites and healthy substitutes. The in- house freshly squeezed OJ is delightful! Be prepared for a small wait - it’s popular and close to Ohio State campus.
