My wife and I love this spot. The food is absolutely amazing, flavorful, and filling. The service is always warm and attentive. If you like a ramen house, this is it!!!
I glanced at the menu displayed outside the storefront and my child and I decided to order some Hamburger curry and Gyoza. We attempted to place our order, struggling to communicate through the plexiglass barrier with the counter attendant. Unfortunately, due to the combination of ambient noise and the plexiglass, we couldn't make out what she was saying, making the ordering process quite challenging. The counter attendant appeared frustrated and flipped the menu, revealing stickers over certain menu items, indicating they were unavailable. Feeling a bit flustered, we stepped aside to discuss our options. After deliberating, we selected different items. However, when we tried to place the order again, we faced the same communication barrier with the attendant. In frustration, she slammed her hand on the counter and shouted something, leaving us feeling disheartened. As one of the top google restaurant reviewer who takes reviewing restaurants seriously, I believe in providing unbiased feedback. I generally favor supporting small, family-owned establishments, understanding the difficulties of running a restaurant firsthand. However, it's important to note that individuals with impatience and a short temper may not be suited for the service industry.
