Such a great place to grab lunch or dinner! The food is delicious and hot! Definitely a go-to when on the west side of town ❤️

Food was great, the curry was very rich and savory, the chicken katsu was incredibly crispy and paired great alongside the curry and the brown sauce in the picture. The side dishes were great too, delicious miso soup, crispy pickled vegetables and some fluffy white rice. Highly recommend trying this place out. Trying to find a seat when lotte is busy is the only bad thing I could say about this experience.

Bad, I ordered a ramen and it tastes bad I had ramen in other places and this is definitely not my favorite, I even didn’t finish my plate.

Definitely a cafeteria experience but the food was great! Got the chicken Katsu and super yummy!! Definitely large portions too. Left very happy.

We got the chicken katsu curry, takoyaki, and tempura udon. Everything was very good.

This is a little pricey for my budget lol but it was delicious and I would definitely go back. The teriyaki chicken was absolutely my favorite.

I had their Takoyaki. When paying the bill by tapping with my credit card, you have to touch the screen. This design inadvertently caused my card to touch the 30% tip block leaving quite the tip and my $10 order became $13. I waited for quite some time for my order. When my buzzer went off, I approached the counter and they tried to hand me chicken katsu. When they realized it wasn't my order, they asked me to come back later. After finally receiving my overpriced Takoyaki, it was undercooked and pretty gross. An overall unpleasant experience

Pretty good for America. Not quite Japan but really close. Tonkatsu, Takoyaki and Miso Ramen.
