Insomnia Cookies

Haven't even picked up the order for a client this weekend, but the customer service really sucks. And the person I spoke to said, "you would be surprised at how often orders are messed up". Um ... great! I'm so glad I spent my money there. Fingers crossed I get what I ordered.

They charge you more than whats on the menu. I ordered an item that shows $7.50 on the menu but they charged me more. When I asked why, the manager attempted to resolve the issue by adding another cookie, but quickly changed her mind and said I was charged correctly. She gave me attitude saying they can’t do anything if the menu and the price in the system doesn’t match up. Asked for refund.

It was 23 degrees outside and the manager made us wait outside for more than 10 minutes. she yelled and said the limit was 4 people. First off she was rude and didn’t have to yell at us, we are not her kids. She made us wait in the cold, our cookies was preorders but she still made us wait in the bitter cold for more than ten minutes. A lot of people left because of the temps outside and the manager attitude.

Day shift has went to complete waste. I use to like coming to this location but it’s like you have to wait until late at night on the weekends to get fresh cookies and decent customer service. I went on a Friday afternoon and the cookies were not warm, the chocolate chip cookie tasted stale and old and the lady working looked like I inconvenienced her by walking in the store. I literally took one bite of my cookie and threw it out the window. This isn’t the first time I’ve stopped by during the week and experienced this same issue…. Anyways never coming back to this location.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. Staff is rude. Cookies were cold.

As all others are saying, the store just steals your cookies and never delivers them. 3 hours of waiting and zero tracking updates - and you’ll finally get a notification of “delivered” but no delivery took place. The store manager should be fired for this blatant scam.

Went to this location as I was within 5 minutes of it. There is not one close to me and the other cookie spot is umm cake like cookies. They had the location smelling so yummy. They unfortunately did not have 2 of the specialty ones my daughter wanted. But no big deal. We did the 20 for $20 box for the 20th anniversary. All 20 cookies were nice and warm. We ate 2 cookies on the hour drive home. All the cookies got eaten except the oatmeal raisin. I think the kids just didn’t care for them. So I can’t say if they were good or not the kids just didn’t eat them. I will say my son went to another location In Athens and that location cookies seem smaller that this one downtown. Either way we still really enjoyed these cookies. I wish I would have taken a picture before they were gone.

This location is an absolute joke and I have no idea how it’s even still open. If you order cookies from them, they simply will not be delivered even though they mark the order as “delivered” Scam artists! DO NOT GO HERE

I guess we might as well order cookies from Publix. Who wants to order cookies, get alerts about delivery, only for the driver to run off with your cookies. We can offer a refund??? I waited an hr for these cookies to share with my team and all I can give them is an apology. After speaking with others this has happened before. If you want some, go pick them up yourself.
