My first visit to Porcellino 02/10/2024 left much to be desired. Despite having a reservation and arriving early, the initial greeting was disorganized. We were instructed to grab a seat, only to be interrogated by a waitress/manager moments later about our reservation, causing unnecessary discomfort. Despite confirming our reservation, we were seated in a cramped corner next to other guests, despite the restaurant having multiple empty tables. This lack of consideration significantly detracted from what was supposed to be a special Valentine's Day dining experience. While the food was undoubtedly delicious, the overall treatment we received overshadowed any culinary enjoyment. Hopefully, the management addresses these service issues to ensure all patrons are treated with fairness and respect in the future.

Went here for a galentine’s day dinner with the girls and I was satisfied! It was my first time coming here and I loved every second: our waiter was perfect, my food and wine (I got the rigatoni alla vodka and sweet red wine) were delicious, and the music was on point (they played older music — think Motown)! It was also my first time trying stuffed mushrooms and I’m so glad my first time was here! They were so good! I would recommend this place for a date night or casual friend date!

Amazing food & service

Had very high hopes after seeing all the reviews, but must have gone on a bad night, because our experience was extremely disappointing. We had made a reservation for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We arrived a few minutes early and were told to wait. 15 minutes after our reservation time, 3 other parties and been sat before us, and we were still waiting in the small lobby. When we were finally shown to our table, it was shoved into a corner, with no space. The sever came by, for the first and last time, we ordered drinks and apps. The drinks and cheese bread were good, but the burrata was disappointing. We were finally able to order our mains, and when they came out, mine was cold in patches, but the plate was very hot. So it had either been microwaved or had sit under the heat lamps for a very long time. I would have sent it back to be warmed, but again, we never saw our server. When making the reservation, we had been asked if we were celebrating anything, and I informed them of our anniversary and was told they did complementary desserts. When we were sat, the table beside was receiving a little birthday dessert, so we assumed that we would be receiving something similar, since they had told me we would. Never got one. I am a server myself, so I let a lot of things slide when I go out to restaurants. I have never even left a review for a restaurant before, much less a negative one. But I was so let down by the overall experience, and what was supposed to be a special night was damped by the time we had here. For the price, not worth it at all. The ambiance was cute, everything else, not so much.
