Generally when we stop at a IHOP, the experience is enjoyable, but this visit was the exception. The host was having to wait tables and clean tables and the place was busy. When we were seated at the table my chair's seat was broken and there were only 2 chairs so we had to locate another chair from an unused table. We were given a broken syrup dispenser and when we mentioned it, we were told to just make due. The coffee decanter they gave us had cold coffee that tasted old. The food was mediocre at best. We were very disappointed with the service and food. Paint was chipping from the ceiling tray above our heads and the air vents were dirty. This place needs a day/weekend off to get some maintenance in order and hire some staff. We won't be back.
We came in at a time when there were only 3 other tables. We were left waiting at the door for almost 10 minutes before being sat, at which point we waited another 30 minutes before our drink order was taken. When our food finally came, it was mostly wrong. At least we were sat away from the seemingly hours old dirty table?? None of the good night staff is here anymore. Go elsewhere for late night. Oh! And there were children in the kitchen at almost 1 in the morning?
Kelli was the best, like always
Comida mal feita e atendimento ruim.
Our server was above and beyond happy with a smile on his face very respectful cater to her every need as an out of Towner I wish I could have brought that establishment back to my hometown because IHOP in Chillicothe Ohio sucks
Took my 5 and 6yo here. There was no offer for booster seats. I ordered coffee but was never asked if I wanted sugar. It was a good 5min before ever taking our drink order. They were apparently out of both fries AND burgers. I was offered no anything by mgmt for their clear lack of inventory management. Finally the bathroom was tore up. I would give this place a 0 if I could
