Waited 15 minutes after being seated and no server came by :/ So we left

Its sad to leave 1 star review because their food is actually very good. We were seated and the server did not come by to take our orders, waited for 20+ minutes so we left.

Udon is good, but waitress hurried us to order for three times

Great food, lunch menu is absolutely fantastic and you can't beat the price!

The food is always great here but tonight, I got heckled by a rather rude server over the amount I decided to tip. I tipped an amount for me and the small group I was with (no more than 4) that seemed appropriate for the quality of service that we received. Might I add, that food kept being given to the wrong person and the payment card wasn’t even given back to the right person (yikes). I was harassed, saying that my tip was not sufficient and that I tipped too little. Given that rude and off putting comment, they are lucky I didn’t decide to revoke my tip then. Tips are important as I know servers make their money off of them, but to be rude does not entitle you to dictate the customer’s tip. Appalling.

The food is decent for the price. Service is awful. Our server gave the credit card back to the wrong person, gave each dish to the wrong person each time, and also served me a corona with a lemon? On top of that, our server cornered us for “not tipping enough and that we needed to tip at least 18%” Their only written policy states that this is true for parties of 6 or more of which we were not (only 4 people). Extremely rude and off-putting.

Great and fast service with wonderful environment.
