Worst experience ever! As a 1st customer the staff should be knowledgeable and ask appropriate questions. The worker was very rude and assumed things without asking. She placed our ice cream in a hot waffle cone and handed us a melted ice cream cone that was dripping everywhere and she said we didn’t tell her our order was to go and said she didn’t care because it’s not her store! Requested a refund because our ice cream was ruined and was denied.

Spoons are extremely cheap to the point you can't scoop the ice cream because they're too flimsy, but the ice cream itself is good

I went here an hour and a half before closing at it was completely dark it was closed. Is it permanently closed??

Got to your store, ready to try something different. Store is closed Saturday 5:24 pm. Very dissatisfied along with the 3 other customers that just came to your door while I'm writing this.

The service was great but the ice cream was freezer burnt and over priced. Would not recommend.
