Wanted to experience Hotto Potto for the first time business hours state they are open for 11 AM to 10 PM. When I got to the establishment at 1PM the restaurant signed said they were open but doors were locked. Nobody answered. Poor service. I will not be returning anytime soon.
We will be back! So good! Affordable. Love the menu and that you can customize and take home your leftovers. Dietary restrictions: We eat smaller portions so being able to take home the rest was great as not all hot pot places offer this.
The soup bases were very good and some of the items to put in the soup were OK the beef and shrimp good. The pork and chicken not so much. You must use their spice items to get any kind of flavor. I would have preferred a way to grill stuff. If your after soup your good. My daughter was with us and she was not thrilled with the vegetarian items. Parking: Plenty of room to park.
My partner and I keep coming back because the food is amazing, the staff are exceptional with their customers. Highly recommended.
i never leave reviews but Florida native and I have eaten at at least 50 different hotpots in florida. that aside This was the worst experience i have ever had, there was a sour smell in the air, that bad smell transferred to the soup base and the frozen food. traditonally when ordering meat in hot pot its supposed to be thin so it can cook fast like PHO but these were chewy thick pieces, the dumplings were gross. At the end of the meal we clearly didnt eat anything, the server even made a face. I said something about the food and not liking anything we ate and i was offered a 10% discount. Defnietly left hungry. save your money and if you want good hot pot trust... go to kpot kbbq & hot pot, best in florida by far
Not sure if this is the same chain as other Hotto Potto outlets such as that in London but the soup base and ingredients offered were definitely very different. It would be a decent Chinese meal when I was craving for that while in Orlando but certainly there were other better options. Not sure about the term on "Wagyu" here but it is definitely not the same as what we meant elsewhere outside of Orlando ...
Food had a taste like it came from the freezer. I asked for a fork the the girl put it directly on the table without a napkin the table smells like dirty laundry service was not even fit for a dog the guy who /took the order was very nice but the busboy needs to find a job at the zoo
