OUTSTANDING!!! When I arrived the drive through speaker was broken so I pulled around to a very nice man who personally took my order and helped me make decisions. I ordered a lot of different items to try out. first off, the fried shrimp are unmatched. the best I've ever had. the catfish was perfect! the mac and cheese was so flavorful and delicious. The same for the mushrooms, the hushpuppies, the crab cake, the rice and beans. The chicken wings?! wow! amazing! I had them dipped in hot sauce. The collards were a tad too salty for me, but the flavor was so good that I couldn't stop eating them anyway. The workers were so nice and friendly and they serve amazing food! My new favorite spot!!!

I only go for the catfish but Hooks is expensive. The lemonade I bought today was disgusting and why can't I substitute fries for another side? I don't like the fries you serve. The rude young girl at the window said it didn't work like that after she gave me the menu and then closed the window in my face and seemed to forget I was there.

Dachika gave great service. Would be 5 stars but I didn't get my drink.

I bought conch and fries and it was inedible. The conch pieces were chewy and tough, and tasted like it was fried in very old oil. I tried surprising my husband because we haven't had Hooks in a while, but the surprise was definitely on me. This location tastes nothing like the location near where we live. Very disappointed with spending $65 on food we can't eat.
