Really bad service Took extremely long to get food Food wasn’t great

Been trying to get here for a while, happy we finally made it. Everything was amazing from the staff to the food. Also they have a great craft and local beer selection. My wife and myself stopped for lunch, I had the bratwurst my wife had the chicken meatballs everything was delicious. Can't wait to go back!

Great food and service!

We tried to go here on Super Bowl Sunday, but the place was closed and no sign or anything. Then, tonight (1/18/24), we try again. I even called to see if they were open. They had a basic outgoing message with their hours of operation and an option to leave a message. We get there at 8:05 pm (they close at 9:00 pm) and again they’re closed. At least this time there was a sign saying that they were closed. Why couldn’t their outgoing message say that? We wanted to try them out and see how good the prime rib was, but I guess THAT’S not going to happen. So, we went to Texas Roadhouse and enjoyed their yummy prime rib instead.

Wow!! Everything is homemade down to the ketchup and mustard...the hotdog has got to be the best dog I've ever had! Definitely not your average dog is quite the understatement! Our waitress Colleen was the best of the trip!

Went for dinner across the street at Hurricane Alley but the wait was 1 1/2 hours, no way. Fortunately we found The Butcher and The Bar literally across the street. A retail butcher shop , bar, and small restaurant with both inside and patio dining. It was featured on Diners, Drive ins and Dives with Guy Fieri. Really a 4 1/2 * restaurant. They have a daily menu. Small but very nice menu and also a small wine list but large selection of craft beers and cocktails. Colleen B was our server and a real delight, efficient, attentive. and very professional. Started with a Spinach apple salad, spinach, apples, candied walnuts, house made bacon, Manchego cheese, dried cranberries, a champagne vinaigrette, Great. For mains, I opted for the Porchetta sandwich, lemon seasoned pork belly and loin, fennel, garlic, gremolata, fennel & radish salad, and lemon vinaigrette served on ciabatta bread, Superb. My wife tried the Butcher burger, house ground local beef smashed burger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, pickles, cheddar cheese, and a special house sauce on a brioche bun. She said it was one of the best burgers she has had, Both came very good potato wedges. These two entrees are signature dishes and always on the daily menu. For something different and a real treat, you must try The Butcher and The Bar.

We ordered and waited for over 45 minutes before we saw any food. For a so call Butcher, the $60.00 steak we ordered medium was raw and full of fat. The service with Patrick was so so horrible. $250.00 later we felt truly robbed and the only thing missing was the waiter wearing a mask. Instead of going here take your money and make a donation and feel a sense of feeling good. Do not go to this place as it’s truly a rip off joint. We had to ask for bread and Patrick the waiter said he would find out if he could get some. Don’t walk from this place Run! You truly Suck

We’ve been a number of times and while the food is good it’s so loud inside if you want to talk you have to sit outside and then rudely if you are 2 people and semi-regulars they won’t sit you outside as there’s only 4-6 top tables even when there’s multiple tables open. With so many better choices we won’t be going back - it’s a shame!
