Massive portions. Good value. Moderate/acceptable flavor. The only dining option was for take out. There was only one table.

Food was okay, didn't taste real fresh, tasted like it had been under the heat lamps for a while. But it wasn't a deal breaker. Staff was nice.

I saw a lot of advertisements on Instagram these days, so I went to a place in Costa Mesa. I ordered Orange Chicken, my favorite dish, and was so surprised when I got home and ate it. The orange chicken contained about 10% chicken and the remaining 90% was flour. Some even have no chicken inside at all. Even though all prices have risen, isn't this a scam? Is it difficult to find chicken in Orange Chicken? I will never go to this place again. Parking: Easy to park.

Great Food for a great price!

This is what you want in a take out Chinese restaurant. Top of my list when I want Chinese food. Love the orange chicken, jalapeno chicken and cream cheese wontons. You must check it out!

Best Chinese style take out Ive had in a long time. Great prices, great food, great serving sizes. Need a great "bang for your buck" place to eat, this is hands down the best. It's my Monday lunch/dinner every week.

Hong Kong express reminds me of my childhood. I do enjoy them as they have good prices, food is consistent, and they always give big portions. They really stuff those styrofoam (ugh) takeaway boxes and give you your moneys worth. Stopped and got steamed rice and noodles which ended up costing $6.66. Worker made joke about seeing that number frequently. Luckily they take Apple Pay at location on harbor and Wilson.
