I ordered a pizza with ground beef as my topping on Super Bowl Sunday. To what I thought was my dismay, it appeared to be sausage on the pizza once I got home. I called to complain to the manager, Robert. He reassured me that is was in fact ground beef, but to settle my uncertainty, he still refunded me. I didn’t know that excellent customer service still existed these days. Robert went above and beyond and because of his customer service, I will continue to eat there!!!
Robert had great customer service. I’m here visiting from Ohio and it was a lovely experience
Idk What’s wrong with your delivery? But literally every time I have to deliver an order from here I arrive at the restaurant and I have to wait for the food to be cooked. That’s unacceptable as far as service. I don’t understand how you give somebody an inaccurate time in the restaurant and look at you like you’re crazy wing you’re expected your food…. It seems as though the cooks are doing everything else expect their jobs. Constantly giving nast looks!!!!! One star
Giving me an old cold pizza when I ordered through Door Dash. Unprofessional and poor service. Wings nasty. Ranch missing. Celery I paid for missing. Hungry and disgusted. The box says someone's name but it isn't mine.
Tasty. Reminds me of 31st. street years ago. Best thin crust pizza.
I enjoyed the pizza my friend and I we always do that's why it wasn't the first time.
The batter on the wings was not completely cooked, this made them doughy in spots. The garlic parmesan wings were better. The food was OK, not great. Our bill was $83 for an order of 12 parmesan wings @ $17, an order of traditional all drums @ $17 + $2 for all drums, a salad, 3 slices of pizza, two waters and a sweet tea. If you are dining in, you must first place your order, found your seat and return to the counter for your food when they call your name. No one takes your order table side anymore.
