Every dish I've had here is perfect, it's not overly salty like lots of other Asian food. It definitely has the best boba around. The staff bring your food to your table and clean your table when you're done they have great service.
The Ramen and octopus I had were very good. Fast and friendly service!
So ready to try this ramen because of the reviews and was highly disappointed. The egg was frozen. Broth greasy and with a very weird after taste. Ordered the garlic and the vegetable ramen which had pork broth instead if soy broth. To top if it off the pot stickers were raw. Barley seared on one side and not on the other. I would understand if the place was busy but there were two customers. My option no excuse for poor food.
If you love ramen I highly suggest Hokkaido. I ordered the spicy ramen through door dash for my lunch at work and let me tell you that this was by far the best ramen I've ever had. The broth was smooth and had a good undertone to it. The pork was soft and melts in tour mouth. The marinated egg in it was like nothing I've ever had. I'm a 6 ft 240 pound man and I could not finish a bowl of ramen because it's a very generous portion. If you find yourself at the greenwood park mall, skip the food court and go to Hokkaido, you won't be disappointed
They had 1 dish that was labeled "vegetarian". I found the broth was made with a pork product, and I found remnants of pork in the broth, and pork fat on the bean sprouts. The cheese foam grape Boba tea, was spoiled, and had separated. When I took the food back to the counter to let them know about this. She just said ok, and I needed to leave the food on the table. That she comes out and cleans the table. I did NOT get, and apology or any offer to make it right! I had only taken 1 bite of the food, and the tea was still sealed. My sister and I went there for my birthday lunch because I wanted to try the food. Hers was worse than mine. Her egg that was in the ramen was dark brown, and frozen. And her appetizers were not any better. She ordered the Gyoza (potstickers) which were undercooked, they were seard on one side, and the raw on the other sides. And Crab Rangoons. She didn't receive the full order of 6, and they only had cream cheese in them. They were really dark brown on the edges, and the bottoms were raw. We spent over $50 on food that we both had 1 bite of. That's ridiculous!!!! Waste of money!!! And no customer service!! Vegetarian options: They had 1 dish that was labeled "vegetarian". I found the broth was made with a pork product, and I found remnants of pork in the broth, and pork fat on the bean sprouts. Disgusting!!
We drove an hour and a half for my son's birthday because he really wanted to try it. We made sure to double check times that it was open before we even left. We get there, the mall is open but this restaurant is closed. No closed sign, just a rope and lights turned off but kitchen light was on. It was an hour after they were supposed to be open. SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Makes you wonder if it's a drug front now.
Great ramen, great boba, quick service, closed on Tuesdays, perfect for a rainy day
Website says they are open. Brought my son an hour and a half to get here because this what he wanted for his birthday lunch. Place is randomly closed with no notice.
