My stay for one week was amazing after getting hit by a Toyota truck riding my bike. I have taken the Life Transformation Program in 2013, 2019, 2020, 2022 and now in 2023. I have been doing the Hippocrates Lifestyle 100% since 2013. I believe the lectures at Hippocrates are worth the price of admission, more so than anything. I watched so many people, including myself, heal themselves just by doing what they learned in the lectures. There is no place in the world that has as much nutrition in their meals as the Hippocrates’ buffet does, lunch and dinner seven days a week. The Thai massage by Bowdie was amazing. It contained a component of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Chinese Medicine using a combination of techniques of compression, acupressure and passive stretching. The stretching and manipulation improved my flexibility and muscle mobility, and the pain in my right hand dissipated. There were so many other treatments. By the end of week, I felt so good that I was participating in the exercising activities. Whenever, I take the Life Transformation Program, I always ask for the cheapest room because I am hardly there. The exercise activities begin at 7:00 AM. The mineral pool, cold plunge, steam room, infrared sauna, whirlpool, treatments, and lectures take up most of the day. I was thankful for the organic live sprouts, green juices, wheat grass juices and green blue algae because I detoxed and healed quickly. All the staff are so knowledgeable and dedicated to what they do. It is so nice being with like-minded people from all around the world.

We were frustrated visiting this place. There are not many monkeys, more cages were just empty. We did not find it fun.
