I love Hillstone nationally. Likely been to all of them coast to coast. This location always stymies me though. They don’t serve Sprite. Why? The Honor Bar and every other Hillstone serves Sprite. The other thing I just don’t get about their Spinach and Artichoke dip is they bring you this huge platter of dips with enough chips for about 25% of the dips. Seems like a culinary blunder.

Xavier was one of the most phenomenal servers I’ve ever had. I came here for my friend’s birthday not knowing what to expect . Well as I go back to New York, Xavier and the team at Hillstone at Bal Harbour have left an unforgettable impression. Thank you all for amazing service and food.
