We absolutely loved our experience here and would come back in a heartbeat. The attention to detail, small group setting, high quality fish, and excellent service blew us away. Such interesting and creative flavor combinations without overshadowing the beauty of the fish itself. I’ve never had an omakase experience quite like this and would definitely recommend you splurge and try it yourself!

Reservation only - requires a $270 deposit for the 18-course omakase for two people. I booked the 7PM slot. You can arrive a little earlier and order some drinks in the small waiting area. Very intimate space, meant for 12-13 customers to enjoy their meals in peace. Brought my husband here for his birthday dinner last week. Excellent quality of fish and everything was carefully prepared / seasoned nicely. Attentive and friendly staff, always ready to replenish your drinks. Chefs explained what each nigiri was / where the fish was sourced as they presented it, but you also have a copy of the omakase menu & a pencil in front of you to mark your favorites. I was still hungry after the 18 courses, so we did order several items from their a la carte menu after, including some of our fave nigiris we tried from the omakase (sea bream, barracuda), and I also got a salmon hand roll to make sure I'd be full :) Came out to $400+ ($200+ pp) with drinks and after 22% tip (the service deserved it). Worth the price for a high quality meal! PS: we were told they only order enough fish to serve for that night, so everything is fresh! Other thing to note: depending on which chef you get, the sizes of your nigiris will vary and may be prepared differently compared to others (as in the other group with the other chef) simply due to differences in their preparation styles. I did notice our group's nigiris were smaller, but we didn't mind that particularly because we like less rice.

Pricey but worth every dollar

Our chef was really knowledgeable in where they sourced their ingredients and the food was delicious. The servers were really friendly and attentive. I think what ruined the experience a little for me was the bantering between our chef and their friend that sat next to us. I would've preferred a classier experience for the price that we're paying.

Ordinary small pieces of sushi with no special preparation other than a slice of this or that at a steep price Very expensive sake to boot Service is pleasant but sushi comes out fast in order to get ready for the next seating Not anything close to what a high priced omakase should be in our opinion

Was outstanding. I feel like it’s not like the first time when I had it a year ago. Never the less some of the best sushi experiences you will ever have

Hidden in convoy behind a taco spot, is hidden fish. Upon entry, we were greeted warmly and professionally by the wait staff. Inside is so very clean and sharp. Chef is standing in the prep area prepping the pieces for the night. Chef Peter greets us so kindly while maintaining his focus on the prep. He is such a great host and chef. Entertaining us with questions from where we are from to where we have been, to what we have eaten. His aura radiated on our side of the bar seating. I felt like we were at a different restaurant than the other sections. Chef Peter made us feel safe and comfortable with him as we were about to embark on an 18 piece course of life Everything was amazing. Scallop, barracuda, yellow tail, cod, otoro, salmon, local AA uni, and albacore. Every piece of art as tasty as it looked beautiful. Omakase is more than just food. More than leave it up to the chef. It goes beyond a dining experience. It’s a story in time. For those 90 minutes, we were in a time where nothing else mattered but the beauty of what life has to offer. A must experience PS. I asked chef Peter what the story was behind the name Hidden Fish. He said there is a hidden fish somewhere in the wood of the restaurant. If you find it, you get free omakase dinner
