We had a surprising great night at Havana Jack’s. Why surprised? There were recently some poor reviews. Whatever issues Havana Jack’s had, they were corrected. Great service. I met the new manager. Heather has it under control. The hostess, server (Lilly) and the runner were friendly and responsive. The atmosphere and music were great. Looking forward to going back in time for sunset this week.

Great staff. Wonderful drink selection. Various seating options. Live music. Mature, professional, easy going crowd.

I’ll start with the good. This place has great atmosphere and potential. Great view of the ocean and good live music. The bad is that we waited 35 min for a table that had been empty the whole time we were waiting. We ordered our food and waited 50 min to get it. 7 of us all had cold food, well, one of the 7 was just plain forgotten. Once his meal came it was runny and rushed. Burgers top buns were hard as rocks and the penne was flavorless. Pizza would have been good, ”if” it were served hot. It was cold too. They did comp the worst plates we got but this place seems run very poorly. We will not be back
