Hattie B's Hot Chicken - Nashville - Midtown

Good juicy tender chicken with a good friendly service. Frozen cocktail lemonade was tasty and the collard greens was good side. I had the wings w damn hot, and yes it was damn hot but very tasty. Dry powder spicy feeling.

This place seems to always be packed, and I can see why. We got the three large tenders meal with fries and baked beans as well as a chicken sandwich with red potatoe salad and Mac and cheese and banana pudding. Almost everything was good except the $12 chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was hands down the worst sandwich I have ever had. It was like rubber. I ended up not eating it and throwing it away, and for a $12 sandwich, that's insane. The only other thing that wasn't too good was the banana pudding, it was meh. The chicken tenders were cooked perfectly. I would go again to see if my sandwich was a one off, but might be best to do anything but the chicken sandwich.

It's very good... but it's not quite as good as the Tennessee hot chicken that we have in Los Angeles

The wait time is bit long but worth the wait. The fried chicken was delicious. The fries were on point. Non alcohol drinks were free with refills.

Shut the cluck up was TOO hot. But really good chicken.
