JANICE IS A ROCKSTAR!!!! I am only giving 5 stars for her. Give her a promotion! She is INCREDIBLE and does the job of 3 people at the same time.
I will not be returning to this place (Harvest & Grounds) now will I be recommending this place to my husband when we have a layover here. We usually go to Starbucks but try to support smaller businesses when possible. This was my first time getting coffee & a bagel at this spot. For two simple items, I got the worst customer service which made me feel like never returning. A note to the employer/boss - A smile and good customer service goes a long way. I hope this message is relayed to the employee’s. I stood in line for 15 minutes watching both employees giving zero star quality customer service. The lady making the coffee at 8:15am on 4/1 gave everybody attitude and had no desire to make eye contact with any customers. I ordered a double espresso and when she called my order I asked her if I could have a side of whole milk and she gave me the same attitude she gave the customers before me saying “you have to pay at the register for that” - I responded “I just ordered this double espresso, do you not offer dairy options to top off the black coffee drinks?” Modern looking place that is nice to look at but I strongly discourage people from this place if you’re looking to get a side eye and attitude.
My bagel was tasty and Chai Tea Latte was wonderful. Despite a line, the service was friendly and quick. Seating area was crowded, but there were a few single seats left. Worth a stop if passing through Hartsfield.
Wait 10 minutes to get to the counter place my order for a simple sandwich. The cashier respond “ we have a 15 minute wait currently I’m not taking anymore food orders.” Than takes the food order for the man behind me. Words can explain how annoyed I am right now thank you for wasting 10 minutes of my life I will never see again and not even being nice about it just straight up rude.
Service was surprisingly fast given there was 1 person making coffee orders for a long line. Ordered a latte and unfortunately it tasted off. Probably better off walking to another coffee place in the terminal.
I stopped by with the intention of ordering food and wanted to charge my phone. I was told that seating was for patrons only, out loud in front of other customers, despite the fact out of the 10+ chairs open, 1 person was sitting, everyone else was grabbing their order and leaving. Good thing I left and didn't waste any money.
I had a particularly fascinating visit when an employee threw a violent fit of rage on another employee. Good times at ATL as always. Glad I tipped…
Would have really loved to try their pistachio oat milk latte , but here I’ve been in the airport since 3 am and they don’t open until six which is when I’ll be departing my flight. Maybe open a little earlier for your early birds??
Terrible service, weak latte, bad breakfast sandwich. Hard pass.
