Kid-friendliness: Good food for kids too!
Korean ran sushi joint. Sushi chefs have skills and experience. Sashimi is cut thick Korean style. Hope that you have the Korean aunty as your server. The darker probably Chinese dude server was rude and wouldn’t listen from the get go, didn’t know the menu, and got our order wrong. Fish is as fresh as you can get. Stick with simple maki’s, nigiri and sashimi. Stay away from sauced up rolls if you don’t want to spend $$$ for less fish. Go to sushi pier for that.
Udon was awesome. My friends also liked the ramen. Clean and nice atmosphere. Our server forgot some of our orders. But it was a busy night. I would still come back!
The night we went there, the service was very slow and not very friendly.
I loved everything about this place! Delicious and authentic
t's a place where you can experience Japanese food close to Authentic. It's run by a Korean chef who have long experience , so it's clean and there are many menus that you can't taste anywhere else. I went to Sushi pier and there were only Mexicans in the kitchen and cashier, so I stepped out and waiting one hour to take a food in here It was great food and comfortable indoor atmosphere were very good. If it's a bad sashimi, it's a place where the chef's philosophy of insisting only on the menu of good ingredients stood out. I highly recommend it.
I ordered 1 set of toro nigiri (MP) while it came with 2 pieces within 1set and the waiter heard it incorrectly as I ordered 2 sets. When I told him that this was incorrect and he insisted on hearing me said 2. The attitude was so rude that he didn’t apologize nor take the extra 1 set back. How come I wouldn’t know how many set I was intending to order? Disappointed and would never visit this place again.
