Harold's Chicken & Ice Bar

Came on a Monday with a group of coworkers. Service was terrible. Sat there for 30 mins before I could place an order. The waitress sat a pitcher of water on the table for us with no cups only straws. She was very inattentive. We got our drinks and hookah after we finished our food when we ordered it all at the same time. I won’t be returning. Food was okay nothing special about it.

Ordered pickup they gave my Order away and had an attitude with me. Trash service.

I attended Harold's and I sat at he bar and listened to the music. The DJ played good party music.

We normally come on Saturday and never with less than 6 and we spend a lot of money. This weekend we got a waitress who had an attitude the entire time we ordered food, hookah and drinks no one ticket is ever under $150 but for us to pay for our tickets and be lied to just to get more people in and not let us enjoy once we ate and drink is very rude and unacceptable I’ve never been so humiliated in my life! Someone definitely need to reach out and make this right I love everything but that one waitress and to top it off she took our tickets with money already had gratuity and did not ask any of us if we wanted change just had security tell us we had to move which is messed up completely! BBB will be contacted if this is not handled. If I could give no stars I definitely would just off service! I brag to my friends about this place to get this treatment when I bring them was horrible!!

if i could give zero stars, i 100% would. our server was pretty inattentive off rip. she didn’t offer any type of menus or really any type of help beyond asking us what we wanted to drink. she checked on us once the entire time we had our food. i had to get up and go hunt her down to get our tabs closed! asked the bartender for the HOUSE margarita, and specified i wanted the $6.50 one. she read off liquor options when i asked what they were (for the $6.50 margarita) and charged me $17.50. i would understand this, but A) i asked for the cheaper margarita; top shelves are listed at $13.50. where would an extra $4 surcharge come from? B) instead of attempting to come to a solution, she kept insisting there was nothing she could do. not to mention, when i tried to communicate this with the bartender, she refused to listen to me OR my companion and kept repeating the same five sentences. i am a server, and actually work near harold’s. if you have auto-gratuity, you have to let the customers know. posting a tiny sign and posting the message in small printing on the menu is deceptive and disgusting. they up and overcharge like nobody’s business. seems like the only thing this establishment wants is money! they offered me no other reimbursement beyond a free margarita. you guys refuse to accommodate for customers whatsoever and have the gall to call yourselves a business? i hate that i’m so disappointed because i was so excited to find and try a black owned business near me as a black woman. i was expecting so much fun and a great experience, and instead harold’s lost two patrons that were just looking for a drink and a good bite to eat. spend your hard earned money elsewhere instead of getting horrible service here.

Trinity was great very personable. And great with everything definitely a place to vist
