I went to this location at 5:37am. Dec 11th 2024. Lady was extremely nice and was very patient. This is what customer service is all about.

Very clean & inviting atmosphere Barbara be running dis Hardee’s on POINT She’s a fantastic leader My Favorite Hardee’s within a 4 hour radius she’s been here for over 20 years thank you Barbara !!

The lady at the drive though was so kind chree I didn't get her name it was Christmas eve we were from out of town and my other half was very sick so I ran to Hardee's my day had been pretty bad until I met the lady in the drive through God Bless her

We were there at about 9:30 am and wanted breakfast. There was a long line for the drive thru so I went inside. There were 6 people working that I could see. I stood there for a good 10 minutes. There were more people waiting inside and I asked the couple in front of me, are they waiting on people at the counter. They said we've been here about 5 minutes longer than you and we haven't seen one person waited on. I did see a young man go out the side door at least 4 times to deliver food to people waiting at the drive thru. The young people working said absolutely nothing to those of us waiting as if we weren't even there. I said to the couple well I really wanted an egg biscuit but this is just plain rude. The couple left with me and so did most all the people waiting and the employees said not one word to us. They could have said "Sorry were doing our best" they could have one or two working the counter and the rest the drive thru window. Everyone by the counter were TOTALLY IGNORED!!!
