Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

It was a really great experience!! It was along day of competition for my twin 13yr grandson's in a wrestling event. They placed 2nd so we wanted to celebrate !! Every thing was perfect

Went for a late lunch, no wait time, dining area was clean, waiter/waitresses were quick and friendly, food was delicious as always. Everything you’d expect from a Cracker Barrel. I didn’t really look thru the store area so I can’t speak on that but the restaurant are was great. Definitely recommend!!!

I've never had a bad meal at a Cracker Barrel before.... until tonight. Everything we ordered was incorrect, except for the beer I ordered. Cheeseburger arrived with a tomato on it when I had ordered onions and ketchup. I had to go back to the waitress area to find our waitress to get the onions and ketchup. The bun was rock hard. My husband and I planned on splitting it so the waitress had brought a steak knife to cut it which was not an easy task. I think it may have been a microwaved, stale bun and sat for awhile before being brought out. My hubby ate the meat without the bun and I ate part of the bun with my half but it was definitely hard and chewy and really was not edible. I ordered the loaded hash brown tator tots but got the hash brown bowl. They were good, so I kept them but when I informed the waitress that I received the wrong item, she told me I had ordered the bowl. I told her again that I had ordered the tots and it was obvious that she was annoyed. I ordered coleslaw but was informed a bit later that they were out. My husband ordered a bowl of the beef soup and got a cup of soup. After a long wait, our waitress came to the table and we let her know and she brought him a bowl. It took a while to get a spoon. He ended up leaving most of it as he said it tasted funny. Not once we're we asked how our meal was, even when we checked out with the cashier. Definitely a disappointment, especially for $30. We definitely will not go to this location again.

The worst cracker barrel I have ever eaten at!!!!

Our young man server was lackadaisical, didn’t get my husband’s substitution correct, didn’t refill any beverages, took forever to bring the ticket, wasn’t attentive to our table or the one across the aisle (even brought a refill to someone so late that the person had already left!). Maybe he’s new, but he wasn’t trained well.
